OMG, I just received my 'tote bag art' and it's even better in person! The print is so vibrant and the cotton feels really nice and sturdy. Yeah, I think you get free shipping if your order is over 50 euros. So if you're getting a few things, it adds up.

They're based in France and print there, so you might want to factor in international shipping. I think they say 72 hours for production, but that's just the printing part.

Yeah, I ordered one for my sister in California last month. Production was quick, like 3-4 days, but then shipping across the ocean added another week or so. So maybe 1.5 to 2 weeks total? Just my experience.

I've used Spreadshirt before and it was okay, but I feel like Mon Tote Bag's cotton felt a bit nicer, thicker maybe? And the print quality on mine was really sharp.

Mon Tote Bag focuses just on bags, so I think their expertise is a bit more concentrated. I've only used them, but my impression is they're pretty good at what they do. Haven't tried ToteTheBag though.
